Upcoming Programs
Parents’ Choice Award winner and former Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood guest Motoko regales families (ages 5 & up) with delightful folktales from her native Japan, combined with hands-on origami activities. Motoko’s step-by-step instructions make the ancient Japanese art fun and accessible.
A hands on learning program for ages 7 and up plus parents. Participants will learn the art of Balloon Twisting. Ed helps each participant as needed, child or adult! Younger siblings are welcomed with parental help. At this program we will learn how to twist our own Elephant, Giraffe, and Moose.

Summer Reading Book Clubs for Teens and Adults
Registration is open for our summer reading book clubs! Each month this summer, adults and teens will read a book that matches the theme Read, Renew, Repeat, and then we’ll come together to discuss what we thought about the book. Readers can sign up for one month, or for all three. Once you register, we will request a copy of the book on your behalf.
Our summer reading program is running until August 15th. Find more information about how to participate and what the incentives are at berlin.cwmars.org/summerreading.
